Empowering Employees to Boost Customer Experience
We are excited to offer the upcoming Customer Experience workshop on November 14th. This session will be led by Stacy Maloney, a 20+ year veteran in the retail industry and a leader in business transformation.
The workshop will be an in-person event hosted at the Missoula College. During the 90-minute session, Stacy will facilitate discussions reflecting on how you define great customer experiences and tackling challenges you are facing in recruiting and retaining employees to provide the customer experience you expect. We will break into smaller groups to provide you the opportunity to network with other business leaders, and you can expect to walk away with some focused ideas on how to improve your internal and external customer experiences.
While Stacy will facilitate the workshop, this will be hands-on and interactive. In preparation, start to think about how your business defines a great customer experience, what core challenges you are facing with hiring the right team to provide that experience, and the ways you celebrate successes with your employees.
