Unseen Missoula: Hotels & Hooligans
The Hotels and Hooligans tour explores Missoula’s daily life during the city’s railroad boom, as well as some of the everyday culture of people living here. The Courthouse and Missoula’s railroad hotel district will also be explored for their scandals and seediness.
The tour will start at 4:30 pm at the statue of Captain John Mullan at the northeast corner of Alder and Higgins, by the XXXX’s. Arrive a few minutes early so the tour can begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Come prepared with walking shoes, a bottle of water, and clothing for the weather on this 90-minute tour that covers approximately a mile on foot.
