Downtown property owners are invited to attend the Annual BID Ratepayer Meeting on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 8:30-10:30 am at the Residence Inn by Marriott (125 N. Pattee), with a complimentary breakfast provided by Market on Front. This event will include the latest updates from the Downtown Missoula Business Improvement District as well as keynote speakers Mayor Andrea Davis, Matt Mellott from Sterling CRE, and Kristen Sackett from the Downtown Missoula Partnership.

This is a great chance to ask questions, share feedback, and engage in conversations about the future of Downtown Missoula.

Keynote Speakers

Andrea Davis

Andrea Davis is the current Mayor of Missoula and has previously served as the Executive Director of Homeword. She has held leadership roles with the Missoula Economic Partnership, NeighborWorks Montana, the Federal Home Loan Bank’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, and Mountain Line.

 

 

Matt Mellott

Matt Mellott is the owner and lead commercial real estate advisor with the Sterling Group, which includes Sterling Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Sterling Commercial Management Group, and Sterling Capital Investment Group.  He is also a partner with Renewal Real Estate Services, which builds modern, sustainable, and affordable homes inside the city limits of Missoula. Mellott specializes in commercial realty and affordable housing development.

 

 

Kristen Sackett

Kristen Sackett is the Director of Marketing and Events for the Downtown Missoula Partnership. She leads all marketing activities for the organization, along with keystone events in Downtown Missoula, including the River City Roots Festival, Garden City and Winter Brewfests, and Downtown ToNight. During the event, she will present on the recent DMP rebrand, arts & culture impact grants, the Caras Park Canopy Campaign, and more.
