Missoula Community Access Television (MCAT) is located in a new media center facility in the new Missoula Public Library at 455 East Main. MCAT offers free training, equipment and distribution help to the general public. This involves training in our studio facility, on the use of cameras, tripods and lighting off-site and video editing computers or podcasting with lessons on-site.

MCAT offers workshops in studio use, cameras, computer editing and podcasting every week. The workshops are free and the public can sign-up at www.mcat.org.  MCAT offers special kids animation workshops every Saturday afternoon.

MCAT also offers up to 12 hours of staff time for groups to record, edit and distribute their presentations, special events or public service announcements.
