All Downtown property owners are invited to the annual BID Ratepayer Meeting on Thursday, May 30 from 8-10 am at the Residence Inn by Marriott (125 N. Pattee). A complimentary breakfast – provided by Thyme Out – will be served, and information will be shared about what’s happening in Downtown Missoula.

Keynote speaker Connor McMahon of Sterling Commercial Real Estate will share the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of commercial real estate in Missoula. Updates on the Downtown Safety, Access & Mobility Project, and the Parking Plan will be provided. Attendees will be able to ask questions and provide feedback on all things Downtown.

Parking is available in the Park Place Garage, the ROAM Garage, and Central Park Garage, and the first hour is free.
