Caras Park
The Caras Park Pavilion, located in the heart of Downtown Missoula on the Clark Fork River, is available for public and private events. The Pavilion can accommodate events ranging from a dinner party for 150 to a large concert for 3,500. It’s a perfect location for festivals and fundraisers, weddings and reunions.
Caras Park has been the site of many exciting events such as: Out to Lunch, Downtown ToNight, Garden City River Rod, International Wildlife Film Festival WildFest, Parks & Recreation Kids Fest, YMCA Riverbank Run, First Night Missoula, Garden City BrewFest, Hemp Fest, GermanFest, Concerts by Jewel, Chris Isaak, Los Lobos, Santana, Ziggy Marley and B.B. Basic Rental: Includes Tables, Chairs, Garbage Cans & Removal, Staffing
Friday-Sunday: $700
Monday-Thursday: $600
Deluxe Rental: Includes Basic Rental plus Pavilion Walls, Stage & Event Seating Shade Awnings
Friday-Sunday: $750
Monday-Thursday: $650
Additonal Feature: Events Ring Bandshell – $75
To hold your date for the Caras Park Pavilion, you must fill out the Confirmation Form below and submit a $100 non-refundable confirmation fee that will be applied to your rental. The balance of your rental, Lease Agreement and $250 security deposit are due 30 days before the day of your event. You can also find in the forms below a layout map that will assist you in the planning and layout of your event. A MDA staff member will contact you within 2 weeks of your event to finalize setup details.
If serving alcohol, complete the Alcohol Permit Waiver form and submit payment in the amount of $10.00. In the event alcohol will be sold at the event, ensure the caterer has an endorsement for the specified event or obtain an alcohol permit from the Department of Revenue Liquor Division.
