Caras Park Canopy and Pavilion have been central to Missoula’s outdoor gatherings for over 25 years, hosting thousands of annual visitors since 1997. After nearly three decades of use, the Caras Park Canopy and Pavilion need renewal to continue serving our community. Our $500,000 project includes replacing the canopy with durable materials to withstand Montana’s climate, a full structural repaint with weather resistant and anti-graffiti coatings as well as improvements to the adjacent Beartracks Underbridge Playground.
The revitalized Caras Park Canopy and Pavilion will elevate the Downtown Missoula experience with enhanced weather protection, a modern design, and greater functionality.
