2021 Downtown Holiday Window Decorating Contest

A Downtown Holiday tradition for 23 years, the annual Holiday Window Decorating Contest fills Downtown’s windows with glistening holiday cheer! The Downtown Missoula Partnership invites Downtown Missoula businesses to decorate their buildings/windows with colorful lights, scenery and a variety of decorative elements. Windows will stay decorated through the end of the year – take a tour around Downtown and connect to the Holiday Spirit! While you’re out and about, don’t forget to check out the windows/trees associated with the Festival of Trees. Head inside each of the Festival’s locations to purchase raffle tickets for your chance to win a tree and prize package.

The contest is open to all business located in Downtown Missoula. Holiday displays include light displays on the entire building, and/or window decorations. Prizes are awarded in five categories based on community votes: Best Overall, Most Elegant, Kids’ Choice, Best Use of Small Space, and Most Festive.

2021 Winners:
