Membership Education Series: Empower MT
BUILDING AN INCLUSIVE WORK AND SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
The workshop on Building an Inclusive Work and Service Environment with Empower MT will help to develop self-awareness of our identities, experiences, and values and how these affect our interactions with customers and employees. Help with your employee retention & customer experiences!
What to expect:
Workshops are held in the First Interstate Bank Training Room (The room is located downstairs at First Interstate Bank on 101 E. Front St, enter the building on Higgins Street).
February 21, 2023 from 8:30-9:30 am.
Workshops are typically an hour long with time for discussion and comments at the end.

As part of the Membership Education Series/Workshops, the Missoula Downtown Association is curating topics relevant to small businesses. These courses are available for free to Missoula Downtown Association Members and $10 for non-MDA members.
