1889 (104 N. Higgins): Chef’s Tasting Menu with Try/Dry January Pairings $45 for three courses, $15 for pairings >Menu items subject to change<
- Course 1: 1/2lb of Mussels white wine, caramelized onion butter, lemon, Old Bay, tangy boardwalk frites -or- Local Butter Lettuce Salad braised local beets, butter lettuce, spiced walnuts, fried carrot, date-blue cheese crumble, whole apple vinaigrette paired with Gabernik 23 Sparkling Rosé or Pith & Pit

Big Dipper Ice Cream (631 S. Higgins): We are offering a special flavor collaboration at each location. At our Southgate shop, we have Double K Ranch Maple Bacon Caramel ice cream. This is a maple ice cream with Double K Ranch bacon fat caramel swirl and chocolate covered bacon bits. At our Higgins shop we have Biga Pizza Hot Honey Swirl. This is a vanilla ice cream with Biga Pizza’s hot honey swirl, containing candied chili’s for an extra crunch.
