Downtown BID Annual Meeting - Downtown Missoula Partnership

Event Overview

All Downtown property owners are invited to attend the annual Downtown BID Meeting, slated for Thursday, May 28 at the Residence Inn by Marriott (125 N. Pattee). Breakfast will be served at 8am, and programming will commence at 8:30am.

Connor McMahon from Sterling Commercial Real Estate will highlight current trends in commercial real estate in Missoula and what’s happening in retail. Downtown updates will be provided on the Downtown Safety, Access & Mobility project.

Conor McMahon

Conor McMahon is a current Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Sterling CRE Advisors, specializing in retail transactions, market penetration strategies, and complex lease negotiations. With over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, Connor’s expertise extends to franchise relationships and multi-market expansions.

Megan McMeekin

Megan McMeekin is the Senior Project Manager at the City of Missoula for the Downtown Safety Access and Mobility (SAM) Project. Prior to joining the City of Missoula, Megan worked as a Real Estate Salesperson for NextHome Mountain Life and six years as a Project Manager for Jackson Contractor Group, Inc. She brings a wealth of knowledge in project management and will provide the latest updates on the SAM Project at the BID Annual Ratepayer Meeting.
