Social Media Workshop: Lead With Your Values

Social Media for Brick & Mortar Shops: Lead With Your Values

The most successful brick-and-mortar businesses aren’t just selling products—they’re building connection, trust, and community.

This workshop is designed to help you rethink your approach to social media by leading with your values. Instead of only posting about sales, events, or new arrivals, you’ll learn how to consistently show your audience why your business matters and why they should choose to shop with you.

When you “rain” your customers with meaningful content; stories, values, behind-the-scenes moments, and purpose, you build a foundation of loyalty. So when you do post about a sale or event, it’s no longer about convincing them to come, it’s simply about whether it fits into their schedule.

This session will help you move from transactional posting to intentional storytelling that drives real connection (and real foot traffic).

Lead by Bailey Durnell, Co-owner of Missoula Makers Collective.

Bailey has run the Missoula Makers social media account from the beginning, and has also managed a 45k+ instagram follower e-commerce business since 2019.
