Unseen Missoula Tour:
A holistic look at downtown life during Missoula’s transition from a marginal frontier town to a major local economic and cultural center from 1880 to 1920. The tour starts at Caras Park and lasts approximately 60 minutes. This tour is not ADA accessible and includes going up and down 5+ flights of stairs. Elevators are not available in most buildings. Meet promptly in front of a Carousel for Missoula @5:30pm for tour start
6:30pm – Dinner at Plonk (in the wine cellar down a flight of stairs)
Course 1: Herbed taleggio risotto paired with a grapefruit and sea bean salad
Course 2: Grilled coulotte steak, potato puree, grilled asparagus, tallow bearnaise, topped with crispy shallots
Course 3: Basque cheesecake with a flathead cherry compote
Beverage: A glass of wine or beer
