Quiet upstairs office in Cedar Mountain Software building on corner of Alder and Orange. The first room is on the SE corner and is about 175 Sq feet. The other is on the west side of the building and is about 135 sq feet. We only need one of the rooms, so either one could be rented.
Larger room = $550/month
Smaller room = $450/month
Rent includes all utilities including wifi internet access.
Prefer tenants who do not have a lot of client traffic.
