Pangea offers a combination of American fare with a twist of global flavor in an environment both suited for casual or fine-dining.  From good ‘ol fashioned local beef burgers to traditional Laotian curry, there’s something for everyone.   Many of our entrees are naturally gluten-free and we do what we can to accommodate all dietary restrictions.  We use local meets and product where available and strive for a completely GMO-Free and HFCS-Free kitchen.  $-$$$
