We came from the Alps to beautiful Montana, setting our Lab in downtown Missoula to turn organic cacao beans into chocolate. A full bean to bar chocolate experience.
The chocolate manufacturing lab its right behind the coffee lounge which serves organic coffee and specializes in a very foamy nitro coffee, cold brew regular and decaf Swiss water process, Italian espresso, Cuban style coffee, drip and frappes topped with our in house organic whipping cream. All the flavors are organic. Starting August we’ll be offering thick hot chocolate drinks and our signature blend to honor Missoula.
We serve the JB a.k.a the jambon –beurre a French baguette style sandwich, daily baked pastries and an Italian peppery brioche. We source locally whenever possible.
