Winter Wellness Workshop: Nourish Your Body, Mind, & Spirit
Join Sacred Ally in collaboration with Missoula Downtown Association for an event dedicated to grounding yourself in the wisdom of nature, cultivating vitality, and thriving all winter long.
As the winter months approach, it’s the perfect time to focus on your well-being and embrace winter wellness. The colder season can challenge our immune systems, but with the right balance of herbal remedies, nourishing foods, and mindful self-care practices, you can stay healthy and vibrant throughout the season.
In this workshop, Mudita Kristy Hinton will guide you through the essentials of winter nutrition, helping you discover how to boost your immunity through mindful eating and herbal remedies. Learn how to align your body’s needs with the season, tuning into what keeps you healthy, nourished, and energized.
In addition, Eva Inglizian, a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and Qi Gong teacher, will offer insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help you connect with the winter season’s deeply restorative yin energy. She will share wellness tips and lead you in gentle movement practices designed to strengthen your immune system and promote deep relaxation.
