Missoula Urban Transportation District to Re‐Open
Downtown Transfer Center
MISSOULA, MONTANA (July 27, 2012) — The Mountain Line Downtown Transfer Center will re‐open
Monday, August 6, 2012. Construction of concrete travel lanes for buses, improvements to sidewalks,
crosswalks, curb/gutter, and a new landscaped median is complete and ready for use.
The bike shelter project is still in process and the construction zone will be fenced off to the public.
The temporary Transfer Center along Woody Street, between Pine and Spruce, will be removed and
the road re‐opened to traffic and parking.
